  Staff very helpful in my search for a new bike. Bought one, loved it. So took my wife back here a few months later where we got the same great service and made a further purchase. Keep it up guys!

  A family member requested a quote for a bike/car accident. BS flat out denied to include in the quote new brake levers from specific damage caused from the accident, stating the damage was old. Then the guy went on to explain he would be getting new levers on his 11k bike if in the same situation. Sorry...but just even if the bike is a few years old, if you can't repair damage caused by the accident then you replace the part. Pretty simple really.

  Include the part and if the insurance company contests it then fine...but don't flat out refuse to include it. Poor form gents!

  Very friendly and helpful service. Nick helped us look at a few bicycles and was very acknowledgeable, without being condescending or making us feel "sold to". Follow up re bike rack was very prompt and despite a tricky brief, got us exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

  The customer service is good and the mechanics thorough. I now take my bikes here even though there are a few places closer to me. Their clothes and consumable items are expensive, accessories are average price and a new road bike was excellent value- i paid RRP but they added shimano pedals, a few quality accessories and my choice of tyres

  Ok range, all around RRP. To date I have gone here a few times looking at bikes and never had much service or assistance and when I've gone to buy a kids bike, I have had no service
