    Great kids birthday venue, from booking to arrive to departure, this was an easy and convenient experience. The young staff are like super heroes, nothing fazes them and they deal with every situation with helpful grace.

    Nice staff, the lady at one of my sisters birthday even sang along and she was so nice that we offered her a slice of cake. Great games and everything was just so fun!!

    The worst customer service I have ever seen!! Waited 45 minutes for the pizza to be made incorrectly then no apology rather a blame game between "manager" and kitchen staff. The compensation offered to us...she will replace the wrong pizza for free which will take another 20-25 minutes. Not refund the price, no. She just won't charge me again to remake it. Wow. No, thank you

    Shocking Customer Service we received on Thursday night. Had some technical issues which we waited for 25 minutes to be fixed after we raised the issue with the staff. We weren't kept in the loop or told what was happening so we decided to leave and then they told us that they were about to move us to a working lane. Far too late, they should've moved us and then fixed the lane.
