  Walked in on time for my phone repair appointment on a busy Saturday morning, was immediately attended to, staff member ran I diagnostics on my iPhone 6 and confirmed the issue I was having, went away for 5 minutes and came back to say they would be replacing my 25 month old phone under warranty. That’s right, no charge to replace a phone which was outside of its 2 year warranty period.

  Fantastic service at their Genius bar. Took headphones I bought a couple of years ago in expecting them to be repaired. Was a bit disapointed as they were extremely expensive. Guy there was fantastic and said they would replace them for free even though they were out of warranty as he could see it was a manufacturing fault not caused from my usage. Five stars all the way for this store.

  So Helpful and Friendly. Caitlin at the door was able to resolve the issue of my phone not charging by using a special tool to clean the charger point of my iphone free of charge. I was concerned I would be up for hundreds! thanks again Caitlin

  I went today to the store as I had a problem with my iPhone . Tom was very informative and helpful, and he had had Avery good knowledge about his products and why I should buy them. I highly recommend this store, although you would expect to wait for a while , which will not be a waste of time.
