  Absolute crooks. Botched a repair on my s7 edge and proceeded to blame me for damaging it when their technician had damaged it. Had to escalate it to get it fixed. 2 weeks later same issue. Took it back and they accused me of damaging it yet again. Seriously Samsung if you're going to compete with Apple for service get your act together. I'll be buying an iPhone or a pixel next. You just lost years of reoccurring phone upgrades from me my family and my friends. You should stop advertising that you care about your loyal customers after your note 7 cock up cause you clearly don't.

  Wish I could rate the service. I waited patiently to be served and at least 5 other customers who quite clearly arrived after me we attended to. Most of them seemed to know the staff as either friends or family.

  I pulled out my samsung phone and made my samsung watch as obvious as possible. No luck. So after 20 minutes of this including playing with a tablet i was ignored and left.

  AVOID THIS STORE. it took me 2 weeks to fix a broken screen. the worst!!! HOURS OF TALKING OVER THE PHONE. Don't bother replying samsung, you've lost me as a customer. Going in and replacing this phone this weekend, never coming back

  I then left the store. But i remembered i could leave customer feedback on a tablet. I returned and tried but the tablet would not register my complaint. Again no staff approached me.

  My S7 stopped working for no reason. No physical damage, no water damage. There is nothing can be covered by their warranty. Before inspection, they even charge $210 in advance. No cracks on the screen at all! So disappionment that I bought Samsung products. Apple service is much better.
