  Secondly I got the top of my ear cartilage pierced at the Chadstone store, absolutely no problem I waited the allotted time(6months) so I could change the studs with something a little more trendy once they had healed. I went to the Highpoint store I bought 3 studs and asked if she could also change them, she was more than happy to do that for me. I was there for a good half an hour my ear bleeding it was the most unpleasant experience she couldn't get the studs in then she couldn't get the backing of the stud on whilst destroying my ear she then put other sized studs in hoping that would fix the problem for which in total I was charged for 6 earnings!! When I only have 3 peircings because she picked up the wrong size

  I normally get a eyebrow tint and wax but today I just asked for a wax as the last tint was not to my likening. She then proceeded to trim my brows with scissors making them appear even thinner then what they already are!

  I will be attending a wedding as bridesmaid in a couple of days with extremely thin and uneven brows thanks to the lady that manages this store, I am very upset to say the least.

  Firstly I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint, I walked out looking permanently surprised and with absolutely no change in the colour of my brows so I decided that's it I'm not going back for eyebrow related treatments.

  And thirdly I went for a last minute spray tan one Thursday night hoping to treat myself for the weekend on to get the most neglectful consultant. Usually you would spray minimal around the arm pits and feet but there was just no tact used at all I felt like I was the wall she was spray painting.

  What a well manned manager very good customer service skills very caring and explains things well.the manager I felt was very calming and compassionate person she made me feel welcomed with a smile and a hello which is I call a connection to people. Fantastic service.
