    Clean store. Has a bed metrics measurement tool. They aim to up sell but we never felt pressured.

    My husband and I were recently sold a bed by a very unethical salesperson from this store, who lied to us about a number of things that we subsequently fiund out to be untrue. In good faith, we took our concerns to the store manager who assured us that he would address the issue and get back to us with a proposed resolution, but we heard nothing more from him. We are now reporting the store's conduct to Consumer Affairs and lodging a compensation claim via VCAT.
