  Today I went to this store to buy shoes. The staff really couldn't be bothered serving me and reluctantly the sales assistant went and got the size shoe I requested and came back, handed the box to me and walked away. I tried the shoe on and realised I needed a size bigger. I had to Go over and ask the assistant to get me a bigger size, she was obviously annoyed to be disturbed from her position of looking out the door and rudely stomped off to get the shoe. There were no other Customers in the shop at this time. I was so angry with this total snub by the assistant I walked out without waiting to try the shoe on and will buy my shoes at a store that wants my business.

  To top it off, it's VIP night, however they are selective on WHO they give a discount too.. my friend went earlier today and was given 20% off.. me? Nope.. and the answer "it was just luck that he got it".. how does that make sense?

  Do yourself a favour and buy any other brand shoes.. it's not worth having to deal with the staff.

  I had to return a pair of canvas sneakers after 45 days as the tongue was torn and the heel didn't provide enough support. The initial server tried to play it off as wear and tear, but when the manager came she was happy to offer a replacement pair of shoes with more support. Was very happy with the final outcome and thought the manager was friendly and personable.

  Have had nothing but bad experiences here. Worst customer service I've ever had in any store. The staff have no idea what they're doing, do not greet or ask if you need help, and give you attitude when you ask for anything. What a complete joke. If you don't like interaction with people who walk in smiling, and have not asked for anything difficult, maybe find a job other than retail.
