  Couldn't have been easier to book a big Europe trip to go and see my girlfriend living in Paris who I miss dearly! Although I must say once I saw some of the talent in the office, my mind did stray... some of the men working there are absolute spunks! But in all seriousness they were a great help, got me great deals that I wouldn't have found otherwise. Highly recommended!

  I called 3 times each time I was refused information and was told to wait 5 minutes. I was upmost respectful 100% the hole way through. The final time I asked the lady to help me with information or I would leave negative reviews. She refused again and then refused to allow me to talk anyone else when I asked.

  The staff here are not only super friendly and knowledgable but are super accomodating. I had to pay for a holiday but left my wallet in the car (silly me). I was in such a hurry that day and had my three children with me. The staff there looked after my kids as I rushed to my car and back to retrieve my wallet. On top of that it was a great deal, couldn't be happier with the service.

  I have to complain about the highpoint customer service there. I was absolutely mishandle. Multiple times I was refused to be served because the original agent, that I spoke with for no longer than 5 minutes, didn't email me asap and instead decided to serve another client.

  Do not recommend this travel agent spent over 8000 on my honeymoon and when had an issue with one of the resorts emails were ignored. Was meant to b refunded the money for the resort that i checked out of but nothing.
